Notify us of manufacturing defects, damages, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace them in your next order at no extra cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued only after inspection.

Note: Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are not considered defects.

Damaged Items:

If outer packing is damaged, verify item quality and quantity with the invoice before accepting the package. In case of discrepancies, either refuse delivery or accept with a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. We’ll pursue the matter with the courier company for a refund and forward the applicable amount once approved.
